UniversalHYBRID TECH. is a holster company located incorporated in the state of Idaho. It was established in 2018 and is currently located in the Treasure Valley The company was originally conceived in October 2016 when partners, Terry Piper and Nick Hoffer, came up with the idea that a more comfortable and universal product in conceal carry was sorely lacking in the market.

Nick Hoffer, Founder and Partner Prior to founding Universal Hybrid LLC, Nick Hoffer built a successful Kydex holster and accessory company called Hoftac Industries. Additionally, Nick worked for TacSol in Boise, Idaho. He has many years of experience in the industry and many contacts in the industry. Nick has several years of experience in manufacturing and operations. |

Terry Piper, Founder and Partner Terry spent the last 5 years in the industry as an Executive for Crossfire Shooting Gear in Meridian. Idaho. Terry designed 2 of Crossfires most popular selling holsters. Terry has 30+ years in the industry in sales, management and operations as well as manufacturing. Terry has also been a concealed weapons instructor for the last 10 years working for elite facilities and companies such as Front Sight in Las Vegas Nevada, Forward Movement Training in Meridian, Idaho and Legal Heat in Columbus, Ohio.
